Last semester I had the opportunity to select foods as one of my electives. I always enjoyed the classes because I was able to unwind and have a period to enjoy myself doing a subject I really liked. In fact, I don’t think I know anyone who didn’t love foods. Of course, everything we cooked was absolutely delicious and fun to make, but a few stand out. These were the Beef Skewers, Cloud Eggs and all the Muffins.
